Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator located in Birkirkara. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including appointment scheduling, administrative assistance, customer service, and front office receptionist duties. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance

Strong Customer Service skills and Front Office experience

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using office management software

Experience in an accounting or financial services environment is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
