The City of West Bend is recruiting an Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
– Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
