Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality, and providing exceptional customer service for the agents in the office and our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
Processing invoices and sending them to our accounts payable department
Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from agents and clients
Managing an active advertising calendar to ensure that ads are created and placed on time
Process transactions through our online platform
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for email management, document creation, data entry, and communication
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation
Answer phones and set appointments for clients and agents
Manage periodic posts on social media
Keep the general office stocked with office supplies
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Real estate experience preferrred but not required
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
Skills Needed
Computer proficiency is required. Please have experience with a Windows/PC based system.
