We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, and record keeping.
Serve as a personal assistant when needed, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Support customer service efforts by addressing client needs and inquiries effectively.
Operate office equipment and phone systems efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred, 5-7 years experience supporting senior level management
Fluency in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Mac platforms, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel

Positive attitude, team player and a great sense of humor

Familiarity with phone systems and office procedures is beneficial.
Highly motivated and must enjoy fast paced environment; ability to switch gears quickly
Excellent communication skills-verbal and written involving high level communications with internal and external contacts
Ability to prioritize workload proactively and expeditiously
Detail oriented and highly organized, excellent follow through
Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizations work
Requires ability to interact with senior level leaders with tact, diplomacy, discretion
Proven creative problem solving history, ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
