Job Summary
The Remote Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare follow up reports.
Assist with email management and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO and COO.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Track and follow up on action items and project deadlines.
Coordinate logistics for company meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Support project tracking and task management tools.
Maintain digital filing systems and company documentation.
Assist with onboarding and HR coordination/communication for new hires.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Fast learner
Experience in a startup or construction environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the construction or roofing industry.
Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or HR processes.
Comfortable working in a startup or entrepreneurial setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $8.00 per hour
