Hours: Full Time

Location: Dubai

A Front Office Administrator manages reception and office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

Reception & Customer Service – Greet visitors, handle calls/emails, and provide support

Office Administration – Manage supplies, schedule meetings, and maintain records

Communication & Coordination – Liaise between departments, handle correspondence, and distribute information

Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain databases, update records, and prepare reports

Compliance & Security – Enforce visitor protocols and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

Profficiency in English (Written & verbal)

1 year or administrative support role or relevant experience
