Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Be the professional face of the company whenever our customers and employees enter our front door, email, or call

Prepare, pack, and ship our products to our customers

Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail

Handle the receiving and processing of production parts and inventory

Distribute inventory to manufacturing in a timely manner

Assist with upkeep of office morale by keeping office public areas tidy and distributing acknowledgments of special events in employees’ lives

Shop, stock, and organize the office supply needs for employees

Shop, stock, and organize the lunchroom snacks and drinks for employees and customers

Assist other employees with clerical tasks as needed

Assist instructors of on-site training classes by scheduling, procuring lunches, and straightening the room before and after the class

Drive to pick up or deliver equipment or products to our employees and vendors

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Has received, or is willing to receive, the COVID-19 vaccine

Experience with Microsoft Wordâ„¢

Experience with Microsoft Excelâ„¢

Attention to Detail

Experience in an office environment a plus
