Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Front Office Assistant. The role is on-site, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting and managing guests, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing administrative assistance, and general clerical tasks. The assistant will also ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
