We are seeking a dedicated and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring smooth operations during the weekend. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Assist with general office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks is essential.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and staff.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Lifting- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
