Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, serving as the face of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.

Maintain and organize front office paperwork and files.

Coordinate office supply inventory and orders.

Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Proven experience as a front office assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Customer service-oriented with a friendly disposition.
