We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will manage a variety of office tasks and procedures that ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Details
Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off
Pay Range: $25.50 – $34.00 hourly
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: On-site
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus.
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
