A short title doesn’t seem to do this position justice. Northwest Bus Sales is looking for front office help. This position does not require specific experience with the responsibilities listed below, but it does require someone with the ability to figure out how to fulfill the responsibilities with a bit of guidance. Basically, your experience can be in anything as long as you excelled at your job duties.

Eagerly greet the occasional walk in customer and answer the phone when needed.

Complete small amount of vehicle licensing, titling paperwork, new vehicle factory paperwork, and inventory paperwork.

Assist the Sales Department and Office Manager with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.

Compensation is up to $50,000.00 year DOE, health insurance, dental insurance, and vacation pay. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and we are prepared to fill this position immediately.
