We are looking for an exceptional concierge medical receptionist to lead administration functions for our clinic in Plano, Grapevine and potentially surrounding clinics in central Dallas as we expand. This position is a flexible part-time role and perfect for a qualified concierge receptionist looking for additional income and competitive pay.
Details and Compensation
- Availability 2-3 days per week
- $250 per day
- Additional bonus at owner’s discretion and clinic profitability
Description
The concierge medical receptionist performs administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, gathering required information and medical documents, providing information, and assisting patients with payment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Has an exceptional attitude and loves to help people.
- Smiles and demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Confirms and schedules patient appointments, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests.
- Checks in/checks out all patients using software.
- Carries out all transactions using the POS software.
- Inputs all appropriate data upon intake of a new patient into Salesforce.
- Ensures all patients sign appropriate consents for the procedures they are receiving.
- Keeps track of kit and cell inventory on the inventory list. At the end of the shift, sends inventory that needs to be ordered to the appropriate place.
- Sends end-of-day numbers to leadership team.
- Performs all opening/closing procedures according to the assigned duties.
- Is accountable for facility maintenance and cleanliness. Assists with inventory and supply counts.
- Develops and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all services, pricing, and products as well as all standard operating procedures, protocols, and policies.
- Assists with inputting data into marketing platforms.
- Demonstrates hospitality and professionalism to all patients.
- Schedules patients appropriately.
- Dresses for success.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the office manager.
- Complies strictly with all applicable local, state, and federal United States laws.
- Continually performs and successfully completes QC Kinetix training.
