Professional Medical company in Canoga Park seeks an office assistant/ customer service coordinator for a FT position.
Seeking someone who is great with computers and on the phone, personable, a self starter, friendly, focused, detail oriented and a quick learner. We need someone who wants to work and has great attendance and punctuality.
Must be close to Canoga Park.
BA degree required.
Full criminal background check required
Duties include:
● Data Entry – Invoices and Accounts Payable
● Accounts Receivables Statements
● Update Reports and Spreadsheets
● Clerical Tasks including filing, reports and administrative tasks as needed
● Answering phones in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
● Process incoming repair/product orders
● Process outgoing repair/product orders
● Create invoices and shipping
● Manage shipping pickups, deliveries and proof of deliveries
Required Experience:
College graduate required
Able to work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
Ability to shift gears quickly without losing focus
Detailed oriented and organized – keen eye for details
Multi-tasker and quick learner.
Positive attitude and team player
Strong computer skills
QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel)
Great on the phone

Hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm.
