A growing Orlando-based law firm is looking for a polished and proactive Front Office Coordinator to become the face of the office and help manage the client intake experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and inbound calls
Manage new client intake and gather important case information
Route calls/messages efficiently and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
Assist with scheduling, administrative support, data entry, and office coordination
Help keep operations running smoothly in a busy, team-oriented environment
What They’re Looking For
Prior office, customer service, reception, or administrative experience
Legal office experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career with a firm long-term
