Hastings Towers is a multi-brand group based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria. We're looking for a sharp, tech-competent professional to be the face of our front office and the engine behind our daily operations and client experience.
This is a hands-on, central role — the person who keeps things moving across all our brands. A strong performer here has real room to grow as the group grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Be the face of reception and run day-to-day front office operations
– Answer and manage incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-ins professionally
– Process and verify online orders, and coordinate dispatch and deliveries
– Respond to WhatsApp and online enquiries and convert them into sales
– Manage client communication, follow-ups, and appointment bookings across the group
– Support our brands' social media presence — posting, responding, and keeping content moving
– Provide administrative support across the group's various brands
– Keep our systems, records, and order flow accurate and up to date
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 3–5 years' experience in reception, office administration, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
– High computer literacy — confident with email, spreadsheets, and general office tools
– Social media competence — comfortable managing and posting on business platforms
– A natural communicator who can turn an enquiry into a sale
– Highly organised and reliable, able to juggle multiple brands without dropping detail
– Tech-savvy and a quick learner — we'll train you on our e-commerce and order systems
– Professional, client-ready presentation in line with our company standards
– Fluent written and spoken English
– Must be based in Pretoria (this is an on-site role)
