Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
Oversee and manage the complete front desk operations ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of reception activities
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting reception area, enhancing the overall visitor experience and operational efficiency
Assist with document management including data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure organized and accessible information
Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed
Monitor, maintain, and track inventory of office supplies and essential campus materials ensuring timely replenishment and availability
Coordinate with the facilities team to promptly report and track maintenance issues ensuring the smooth operation of the campus infrastructure
Assist in managing vendor relationships, overseeing service requests, and ensuring timely execution of routine office maintenance tasks
Possess 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
