JOB DESCRIPTION:

Blindsource is looking for a self-motivated Assistant Office Manager to help with the organization and daily operations of our growing office. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to undertake a variety of tasks.

Primary Role:

· Manage schedules for Design Consultants and coordinate appointments for customers

– Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple calls and tasks

– Must also be professional, courteous, and focused on customer service

Additional Responsibilities:

· Managing our customer referral ‘thank-you program’

· Managing customer records

· Greeting in-office customers and providing customer support

· Providing general office management support as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Must be professional, courteous, and have excellent customer service skills

· Must be detail-oriented and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
