We are searching for the right individual to join our Clinical Services team as a back-office supporter with contact lens emphasis. You will work with other members of the team to support the operations of our entire clinic. Conversational Spanish is REQUIRED!
This position is full-time, hourly with PTO, retirement benefits, etc…and some awesome coworkers!
Salary: $27,000 + $4,800 in potential bonuses (and raises at some point)

Scheduling various appointments
Process customer payments
Verify and communicate insurance eligibility and referrals
Interact with customers and insurance companies through various communication channels
Accurately order contact lenses, research overdue orders, ensure timely delivery of products, and work to convert quotes to sales
Receive, sort, and process contact lens deliveries for patients
Support other team members with contact lens-related questions and concerns
Other tasks as assigned by a supervisor on a daily basis
