Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
– Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Manage and organize office supplies and maintain inventory
-Making sure office is stocked with appropriate supplies on a daily basis
– Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
– Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
– Assist Manager with office and company related tasks
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Willingness to learn and train for new tasks
-Responsible and punctual and able to take direction
-Interested in growing with the company
