*5 days onsite in the office*

Our client is looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is able to be the “nucleus” of the office. The ideal candidate is a people person, who naturally is able to make others feel welcome. S/he will be the first person for both clients and colleagues interact with upon entering the office. The ability to easily identify and address small, large, fun, and not-so-fun tasks. The office vibe is friendly and professional.

Responsibilities

Interacting with leadership, internally and externally

Welcoming guests to the office

Schedule, prepare and coordinate with team for on-site meetings

Coordinate and assist the administrative team

Maintain the condition of the office, including working with building management, liaising with vendors

Calendaring for team in Microsoft Office

Back-up other Administrator team as needed

Ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

2+ years Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong communication skills, written/verbal

Self-directed and able to work without a lot of supervision
