Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Front Office Receptionist. The role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining a professional reception area. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service to guests and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience in Front Office operations and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
  • Polished interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage
  • Previous experience in related roles is a plus
