Boutique healthcare based, technology firm is seeking a bright college graduate with exceptional customer service skills and up to 4 years of administrative experience to be the face and core of the firm. Responsibilities include sitting at the front desk, answering phones, organizing schedules, assisting HR, ordering supplies, coordinating events, and supporting philanthropic initiatives for senior management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required with an interest in the Jewish community.
Prior administrative experience out of either the public or private sector.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications required.
4 days on site with exceptional benefits.
