This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. As a Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and assisting with a variety of office tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences

Manage office calendars and coordinate meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain and update office records and filing systems

Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to various departments

Ensure that the front office is organized and well-maintained

Handle basic inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors

Assist with special projects and other tasks as required

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in an office administration or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A positive and professional demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred
