Hiring Admin/Accounting Support

Job Duties:

•Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures

•Support for Month-End reports

•Process credit reversals

•Process tax adjustments

•Support for special projects

•Back-up for incoming calla and orders on hold screen•Excellent verbal and written communication

•Working knowledge of AS400 system

•Excellent customer service skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various business software systems as needed•Ability to adapt to changing environments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
