Summary
Pediatrics – Neurology is seeking a a Data Analytics Associate to join a translational research team investigating neurological disease. The successful candidate will develop and optimize innovative data analytics workflow to integrate various types of data, ranging from high-throughput NGS data, electronic health records, patients’ survey, to publication data. The successful candidate will be working closely with cross-functional projects with scientists and medical experts from diverse expertise.
Job Duties
Develops and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports.
Develops predictive models and descriptive statistics.
Develops dashboards and data visualizations.
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Provides support in identification, integration and preparation of large volumes of data.
Understands functional areas’ business requirements and translate into technical specifications and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
Prepares high quality documentation that follows established guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree.
