Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Customer Support and Admin VA to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and have a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
Compensation: 900 AUD/month (paid twice a month)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM Sydney Time (40hrs/week)
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the help desk.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Provide clear guidance on platform features and functionalities.
Track unresolved customer concerns and follow up as needed.
Document customer feedback and share it with the team for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
Perform data entry, updates, and database management.
Organise and maintain digital files, documents, and resources.
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Update FAQs and help documentation based on customer feedback.
Collaborate with the Online Business Manager (OBM) to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications
:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Prior experience in customer support and/or administrative roles.
A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to match our tone and messaging.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Tech-savvy or eager to learn – experience with tools like Help Scout, Stripe, ActiveCampaign/Kit, and Notion is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
