Job DescriptionJob Overview:We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in managing customer

communication, task follow-ups, lead nurturing, meeting coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal

candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.

Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Task Follow-ups:

Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to the executive team.

Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Collaborate with team members to gather updates and progress reports.

Lead Nurturing:

Assist in basic lead nurturing activities.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement lead engagement strategies.

Keep track of leads and update CRM systems.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Prepare meeting materials and ensure executives are well-prepared for engagements.

Take detailed meeting notes and distribute action items.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Manage executive calendars and assist in time management.

Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned.

Invoicing:

Generate and send invoices to customers.

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Follow up on outstanding payments as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in email correspondence and customer communication.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic lead nurturing concepts.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Work Location

Home-based

Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)

Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
