A busy couple based in Midtown NYC is seeking a polished, highly capablePersonal Assistant to support their busy lives and work in tandem with their existing household and executive teams.

Applicants should be resourceful, highly organized, and quick-thinking. With a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-driven approach. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys working intimately with a family.

General responsibilities include:

Admin: Calendar and email management, serving as gatekeeper and liaison for vendors/suppliers, overseeing special projects and research.

Property Management: Ensure residences are guest-ready, coordinate vendors and maintenance, manage inventories, plan small events.

Accounts: Track household expenses, manage bill pay, maintain records and insurance for valuables (vehicles, art, jewelry).

Family Support: Arrange travel (including wider family), book accommodations and transportation, provide logistical assistance as needed

Travel: Occasional travel to family properties (Europe and BVI) for short trips—overseeing logistics, staffing, and setup.

Details:

Location: Manhattan, NYC – travel to British Virgin Islands (2nd home)

Hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm, and flexible to be responsive after hours

Salary: Approx $115k – $135k DOE

Benefits: 10 days of PTO, 5 sick days and a handful of federal holidays

The Family: Couple; cats and dogs

Requirements

Strong command of English language; good communication skills, both written and verbal

Legally able to work within the United States

Must have a valid Passport for international travel

Happy to travel to family properties as needed

Must be happy to work with pets (cats & dogs)

Excellent references required from both current and previous employers

Must be intuitive and quick to learn, with strong common sense, sharp instincts, and the ability to anticipate needs without being prompted.

Warm, personable, and reliable, with a flexible, can-do attitude and the adaptability to handle changing priorities with ease.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, consistently proactive, dependable, and committed to going above and beyond in all tasks.
