Responsibilities
Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Direct emails.
Schedule appointments for Vendor/Tenants .
Opening and closing office.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
Bank delivery and small errands.
Skills
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite applications for documentation and communication purposes.
Experience in customer support or office administration is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally.
Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance to ensure accuracy.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
