The role:
We are currently looking for a Funding Packages Administration Officer to join our Finance department team. Reporting to and supporting the Funding Packages Manager, you will provide high quality finance support in the administration of funding packages delivered by Suncare.

This opportunity is available as a full-time permanent position.

Duties will include:
Completing monthly claiming for funding packages.

Supporting the monthly funding reconciliation process.

Investigating and resolving anomalies in claims to ensure accurate allocation of funding against delivery.

Maintaining accurate records of funding related activities in the Alayacare system.

Responding to and resolving finance queries as they relate to funding program matters from Suncare customers and other business areas.

Managing the distribution of the monthly funding package statements.

Supporting with the reconciliation of the finalisation of package funding in line with regulatory requirements.

Support with training and developing capability across areas of the business as it relates to funding package budgeting, billing, claiming and administration.

About you:
You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish rapport and maintain positive professional relationships. You will have efficient and effective data entry skills, high attention to detail, as well as expertise with all Microsoft Office programs.

You will demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve account or contract queries acting with professionalism and being customer service orientated at all times. You’ll have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Funding package experience in the age care sector is preferred but not essential.
