Toyota Tsusho Europe SA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its General Affairs Department.

This is a varied and hands-on role in an international environment, covering reception duties, administrative support, fleet coordination, facility follow-up, and expatriate assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reception: Managing reception, phone calls, visitor welcome, mail handling, and meeting arrangements.
  • General administration: Coordinating business travel, office supplies, invoices, and document processing.
  • Fleet support: Maintaining driver and vehicle records, managing allocations, following up on maintenance, handling documentation, and coordinating post-accident procedures.
  • Facility & office environment support: Liaising with building management, coordinating repairs, planning maintenance, following up with suppliers, and supporting office move projects.
  • Expatriate support: Assisting with housing arrangements, administrative formalities, and practical day-to-day matters.
  • Security / HSE: Providing administrative support to the Prevention Advisor.
  • Environmental & company support: Supporting the company’s environmental management initiatives and general company activities.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills; service-minded, accurate, and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid Belgian driver’s licence.
