Position available for a Full time Administrative Assistant for Attaway Electric Inc
Located in Davie, FL.
Operational Hours 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including reading comprehension and attention to detail.
Roll and Responsibilities :
Email correspondence with customers and intercompany personnel. Accounts receivable, payable data entry.
Payroll submittal (Paychex experience)
Document processing (Invoices, Daily schedules, Contracts, NTO’s)
