We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for cold calling, appointment setting, doing follow-ups, emailing and chatting with potential clients. This position requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Job Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role, preferably with cold calling experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote setting.

Flexibility to work according to the required schedule, including weekends.

Can start ASAP

Laptop/ PC Requirements:

CPU / Processor Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required

Windows 10 or MAC is acceptable

RAM At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available.

50 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection

Headset with noise-cancelling feature & webcam
