Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Beyond task execution, this role requires clear and confident English communication, you will be taking calls and interacting with clients and team members, so professionalism in both written and verbal communication is essential.
Requirements :
- 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable taking and managing calls professionally
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience supporting US-based clients or companies is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage correspondence professionally
- Perform Excel/Sheets work including data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, file management, and inbox organization
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and projects as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
