JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Spatial Planning & Design Excellence
- Conduct plantation mapping, replanting design, and layout planning
- Perform spatial analysis and data validation using ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent GIS platforms
- Generate high-accuracy blueprint outputs for field implementation
- Simulate field layouts and optimize block planning
Problem Solving & Field Optimization
- Identify spatial design bottlenecks before they become operational issues
- Propose practical, data-backed solutions aligned with plantation realities
- Ensure spatial outputs are implementable and operationally efficient
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Enhance GIS workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Introduce automation or smart processes where applicable
- Contribute ideas that improve plantation productivity through spatial insights
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATION
- Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS / QGIS
- Solid understanding of plantation management practices, particularly palm oil
- Ability to bridge field operations with digital mapping
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
- Independent, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
