Summary:Our Utility Rate Team is integral to the continued growth and success of Energy Toolbase. Located on Stuart’s beautiful waterfront, we are offering a unique opportunity for the right person to work with our growing utility department as we lead the market with the largest utility rate database.
In this entry level position, your primary role will be to assist in developing and maintaining our utility rate database. Solar industry experience is not necessary. Past successful candidates have had experience in clerical, administrative, or finance related positions (i.e. bank tellers, accounting assistants, realtors, etc.).
We are looking to fill this position quickly and have a desk ready and waiting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review, research, locate, and accurately input electric rate schedule data into the platform.
Assist our team of analysts in developing utility rates.
Establish data entry priorities by understanding what utility rate information needs to be entered.
Edit and verify accuracy of database information on an ongoing basis.
Special projects as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:

Comfortable with math/algebraic thinking
Takes accountability and ownership of work
Experience with video conferencing tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Willingness to learn, embrace and love the renewable energy/solar industry
Able to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to prioritize and complete simultaneous tasks
Proficient in Excel
Excellent research and analyzing skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Ability to follow instructions
