Full time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Assists with the day to day operations of the Golf Course Maintenance Dept, reporting to the Director of Agronomy.

Activates gate & greets visitors
Answer phones, emails and sets appointments
Send & retrieve mail/shipments form the clubhouse
Assists in budget preparation
Reports repairs to building maintenance
Orders building supplies
Prepares biweekly payroll for Director approval
Creates monthly fertilizer & fuel usage reports
Point of contact for vendors
Codes invoices for accounting
Requirements:

Bi-lingial a plus

Golf Course experience a+

Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Basic Accounting Skills

Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English & Spanish.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable with Company auto insurance.
