Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the heads of various parish ministries/groups for information pertaining to each ministry/organization group program.
Coordinate the preparation of the Gospel Service bulletin each week. Edit content, fact check, and ensure printing/publishing deadlines are met.
Maintain and schedule all religious
community events
on the master electronic calendar and other ministry/organization-specific electronic calendars.
Coordinate with the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain and solicit input from the Pastoral Service Community calendar (and any other ministry/organization-specific calendars) with programs and activities.
Coordinate with each of the congregation’s Program Director to identify program needs for specific registrations and associated forms, volunteer information, and curriculum materials.
Coordinate Designated Offerings with the Fund Office and the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in using electronic calendars, databases, and office software.
Ability to
collaborate effectively with
diverse
groups and ministries.
Knowledge of appropriate protocols for purchasing and
inventory management
