Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing Division of Education all accreditation reports, activities, projects, and events (both State and AAQEP).

Check and manage the CEE email inbox.

Assist in preparing annual assessment reports.

Manage and update the Forms Library Google Drive (including granting access).

Attend Unit meetings and maintain minutes with all supporting documents, upload documents to the shared drive.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Department of Elementary and Secondary Education candidate licensure records:
Enter Candidate Disposition scores into Banner, enter MEPID numbers into Banner, enter MTEL scores into Banner, file pre-practicum documentation in candidate files, create new files as needed, purge older files annually, create new labels for files, creating stage 1 and 2 review letters to be mailed to candidates, entering stage review information into the database, scan completer files.

Assist with Tk20 Assessment system maintenance: revise rubrics, input data, compilation of reports, support students and faculty.

Provide support to the Director of Licensure by:
Inputting Practicum Data into Assessment spreadsheets, add demographic information to yellow stage review sheets, create a mail merge for endorsement letters.

Provide support for the Coordinator of Field Placements and Partnerships by: entering mentor application information into the database, scanning mentor applications, filing practicum documents.

Support the Dean of Education on an as needed basis.

If primary responsibilities are completed, the GA may request additional tasks and responsibilities from office administrators.

Requirements:

Skills required:

Punctuality and dependability.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidates, faculty, staff, and administrative related issues.

Computer experience with Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based systems.

Excellent and professional command of Standard English Conventions, oral and written.

Ability to demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor when working with candidates, faculty, staff and constituents.

Ability to work independently.

Additional Information:

Shift Information:

20 hours per week, flexible schedule.

Stipend:
Not to exceed $12,000.00 / paid at $15.00 per hour.

Waiver: 12 class credits an academic year (tuition and fees).
