Non-profit foundation is seeking a Grants Assistant to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:

Data entry

Contact grantees to gather due diligence materials

Participate in weekly department meetings

Monitor and track grantee report submissions

Assist with scheduling/hosting/prep of Grants & Programs departmental meetings

Process grant payments in coordination with accounting department

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

At least 1-3 years of administrative experience required, preferably in nonprofit

Experience with grant processing & Smart Simple a plus

Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
