Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and manage Supplier Master Data processes. This role is responsible for data entry, maintenance, training, and issue resolution related to supplier records in SAP and other legacy systems. The ideal candidate will work across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, oversee, and train staff on Supplier Master Data creation and updates.
Enter new supplier information into SAP and other legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy.
Maintain current supplier records and verify that supplier data forms are completed correctly.
Research and resolve supplier data issues, collaborating with internal departments and third parties as needed.
Work effectively across multiple functions, cultures, and organizational levels to reinforce insurance and compliance requirements.
Provide training, support, and guidance to internal and external customers on COUPA SIM & COUPA Supplier Portal for self-service functions.
Execute MRS Supplier requests for creations and updates across various business units.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required; excellent phone etiquette preferred.
Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Supervisory Experience: None required.
