Title: HCM – Operations Admin, Domino’s Pizza

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Collect all stores’s report for daily, weekly, monthly
- Collect all the documents: payment, AL leave request, timesheet, stock counting…. from stores to OM and above management to get approval
- Cooperate with Ops and others Department for Purchase request
- Arrange meeting room between Ops and others Department
- Prepare all the documents for Ops before meeting
- Monthly order: stationery (collect from DMs after get approval from OM)
- Quarterly order: utensils (collect from DMs after get approval from OM )
- Business trip request for Ops: cooperate with HR admin about booking airplane ticket, Grab, and hotel room
- Uniform control: weekly, monthly control, update to FIN.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Honest and trustworthy
