Title: Head of Admin&HRD (Director Level and above)

Location: Yangon, Myanmar

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the Company's Human Resources, Administration, and Quality Management functions. The successful candidate will drive people strategy, organizational development, operational excellence, and the continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to support business growth and sustainability.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.       Develop and execute People and Administration strategies aligned with business objectives.

2.       Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

3.       Drive organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and culture

transformation.

 

4.       Oversee compensation & benefits, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with Myanmar Labour Law.

 

5.       Manage Administration functions, including facilities, office services, company vehicles, travel, accommodation, and security.

 

6.       Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

 

7.       Manage internal and external ISO audits, CAPA, QMS documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.

 

8.       Lead and develop HR, Administration, and Quality teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

 

 

Requirements

1.       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

 

2.       Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

 

3.       Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning.

 

4.       Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR best practices.

 

5.       Hands-on experience managing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, internal/external audits, and CAPA.

6.       Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational transformation.

7.       Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
