JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of the office while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance departmental procedures and daily operations. Key areas of focus include audit coordination, training oversight, special purpose vehicle (SPV) and Fund operations, budget management, and general office administration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the efficient functioning of the office and continuously identify opportunities to enhance departmental procedures and daily operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day office housekeeping and general administration functions of the department.
- Support the end-to-end audit process to ensure timely completion and maintain complete documentation aligned with audit requirements.
- Support the collation of departmental budget requirements and obtain the necessary budget approvals.
- Oversee and coordinate department training matters to support timely learning completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on SPV and Fund operational matters to support effective governance, oversight, and operational continuity.
- Review and check the collation of departmental budget requirements and obtain the necessary budget approvals.
- Support periodic budget reforecasting exercises by collating relevant inputs from the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including the oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government from any local or overseas higher learning institution
- Fresh graduates with internship experience involving SPV or fund operational matters, including collating information and coordinating communication across teams are encouraged to apply
- Solid understanding of office administration and day-to-day operational procedures, with familiarity with audit documentation and record-keeping requirements
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking processes, with general awareness of SPV and Fund operational matters
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate operational or administrative information
- Skilled in writing and presentations
