Position: Head Secretary for Elementary School
Drive administrative excellence as the Head Secretary for an Elementary School. Manage office operations, ensure effective communication, and provide essential clerical support to staff and students.

This permanent, full-time position requires a proactive individual to handle a variety of responsibilities, including correspondence management, bookkeeping, and office organization. You will work closely with the Principal and the educational team to create a supportive and efficient environment, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily office administration

• Provide clerical support to the Principal and staff

• Handle cash management and budget processes

• Manage records and student information systems

• Facilitate communication with parents and community

Requirements:

• Must hold a Secondary School Diploma

• Successful completion of a post-secondary office administration program

• At least 2 years of experience in education

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and student systems

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
