You will love order and achieving deadlines with calm competence. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail. So, what will you be doing? A major focus of your role will be co-ordinating RAMS, compliance and the maintenance and inspection of a fleet of 20-25 vans.
Maintaining document control and storage Tracking project activities Supporting the wider company project team with development of all key project background documentation, including access and HOP co-ordination. Arranging access for telecoms sites Ensure access for all activities is in place according to the schedule Ensure technical knowledge is up to date including but not limited to Health & Safety Departmental reporting Ensure critical deadlines are met
Note:
communication is key to this role so the team is all on the same page! This is an office based role and hours of work are 8am to 5pm. What do you get in return?
