Our Healthcare Claims Administrators are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of requests from customers who are seeking access to healthcare
Key responsibilities
Processing requests from customers seeking access to healthcare
Process referrals received in accordance with the contractual requirements
Be able to use case management system to process authorization requests. Be proficient in touch typing
Proficient user of the internal management systems
Proactive source healthcare providers to support beneficiaries
Provide an empathetic service to the TRICARE beneficiaries
Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information
About you
Previous or current experience working in a customer service environment
High attention to detail
Team player
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Thrive in a process orientated environment
Passionate about customer service and care
