Healthcare Executive Administrative Assistant Jobs in Phoenix, AZ at TEEMA – Litchfield Park

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensuring all office operations are running smoothly

· Personnel administration and support

· Assisting CPAs when needed on pressing issues

· Working with office staff to analyze and report financial data

· Invoicing and ensuring timely collections from clients

· Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports

· Ensuring all marketing communications are done in a timely manner, and keeping website up to date

· Previous work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, management, or relevant field may be required

· Ability to work well in a fast pace environment

· Experience in customer service preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills

Proficiency with computers, strong typing skills
High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking
Software experience in MS Office and Thompson Reuters is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
