Position: Healthcare Staffer
About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional patient care and operational excellence. We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Staffer.
Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare Staffer:
Coordinate and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Maintain detailed records of staffing assignments and personnel files.
Additional tasks:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership.
Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting is required.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency with HHA Exchange preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual in Spanish required
