Overview

The Fabrication coordinator will be a vital member of the facility, responsible for completion of operational dashboards, reporting, facilitating annual core training, managing Gemba schedule, attendance tracking and coordinating other related tasks within the facility.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Own and maintain operational dashboards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for performance measurement and reporting
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends or gaps, and elevate insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities, acting as a point of contact for orientation logistics and follow-up
  • Manage annual core training tracking for all staff, proactively identifying gaps, coordinating completions, and reporting compliance status
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, meetings, and facility events with minimal oversight
  • Develop, administer, and continuously improve employee recognition initiatives aligned with operational and cultural goals
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support, including scheduling, agenda coordination, documentation, and distribution of follow-up actions
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies and monitor inventory levels in alignment with Operational Excellence standards, escalating issues or risks as needed
  • Provide operational support to the fabrication department as required, including occasional hands-on fabrication activities
  • Serve as a first-line resource for incoming customer service communications by researching issues, resolving routine concerns, and routing complex items appropriately
  • Proactively engage with internal customers (Clinicians) to strengthen relationships, identify recurring issues, and support service improvement efforts
  • Manage scheduling entries for incoming work and ensure accurate and timely closure of work orders
  • Participate in process improvement efforts related to reporting, training administration, and operational coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of facility operations

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Effective communicator capable of interacting independently with employees, clinicians, and leadership
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, particularly in coordinating events, training, and operational workflows
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently within established guidelines

Job Complexity

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Supervision

Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments

Minimum Qualifications

Experience and

Education:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. HS Diploma

Pay

Pay range of $20.81-$26.02/hour + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
